Ingredients

1 kilo cassava

Steps
1- We have cassava pieces (cassava in other regions) on the work table. We cut them to make smaller pieces.

2-With a pointed knife we ​​trace a slit along the length and carefully remove the skin.


3- Boil water with a pinch of salt and when it begins to boil add the yucca to cook for 45 minutes or until it is softs

4-We are going to add previously grated coastal cheese, chopped Chinese chives, oregano, crushed red pepper, spicy to taste and coastal whey (sour cream)
5-Once the cassava is ready, we place it in a bowl surrounded by spicy Spanish salami
6-We add the coastal serum, as seen in the photograph.

7-This is how the dish served with cassava and whey remains, a typical dish of the Atlantic Coast, especially
